The value of your EMAS: priceless
If you’re a young insurance or pension professional, you understand the value of being a fully qualified Dutch AAG.
The Executive Master of Actuarial Science programme does require your ongoing commitment – but the rewards are exceptional. It isn’t just about earning more money, gaining a respected master degree, or receiving your AAG designation. It’s about becoming an expert in your field.
You become an important player in the world of risk management
EMAS changes the way you think. Your perspectives on risk management grow broader and more flexible. You gain a framework for understanding the vast and interconnected effects of international events upon our shared financial future.
And that makes you a powerful force in the world of actuarial science – someone who will help shape the ongoing success of pension and insurance plans, impacting a vast number of investors. You can speak to a current EMAS participant, or an alumnus of the programme, for personal insights into the value of this programme.
Deduct the cost of a new laptop
Please note that participants in the EMAS programme will need their own laptops, with wireless connection, to bring to class. Your laptop must be powerful enough to run advanced numerical software such as MATLAB and Eviews. Should you need, or decide to, buy a new laptop as required by this programme, the cost is tax-deductible. Talk to your programme adviser to find out more.
