New book: The pain of entrepreneurship
25 Jun 2012
Rudy Moenaert, Professor of Strategic Marketing at TiasNimbas Business School, launched his new book online on June 12: The pain of entrepreneurship. The book is written to educate and entertain entrepreneurs and managers, but at first glance looks like a family fable about entrepreneurship.
The story is about the demise of a family business in het Laagland (the Lowlands) and the brave attempt by Tess Fontaine to still turn the tide. Within that story Prof. Moenaert exactly describes the daily concerns of many managers: motivate employees and organise the work in order to achieve the ambitions. "Het Laagland is no longer an imaginary landscape, but the arena in which you and I want to make a difference every day", said Professor Moenaert.
The book is available for free on the special launch website, where readers and experts can also discuss with each other: http://www.tiasnimbas.edu/pvho
