Sustainable Decoration for Kees Koedijk

Kees Koedijk, Dean and Professor of Financial Management at Tilburg University, has been awarded the Sustainable Decoration (Duurzaam Lintje) for his efforts in the field of sustainability.
Minister of the Interior and Kingdom Relations Liesbeth Spies presented the Sustainable Decoration today in The Hague, during
Duurzame Dinsdag (Sustainable Tuesday). Hilde Baert, Managing Director of the Tilburg School of Economics and Management, received the Sustainable Decoration on behalf of Kees Koedijk, who could not be present himself due to obligations abroad.
The Sustainable Decoration is the only sustainable decoration in the Netherlands and unique in the world. It has been initiated by Duurzame Dinsdag in 2008 and is presented to people who have contributed exceptionally to a sustainable society. According to the jury, Kees Koedijk has contributed exceptionally to sustainability within the academic world, in the field of finance.
