Our privacy policy covers our primary (www.tiasnimbas.edu) and subsidiary web sites (alumni site, virtual campus sites, online application site), subsequently referred to as “our website”.
Gathering of Information
TiasNimbas will not collect any personal information about you (i.e., your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address), unless you provide it to us voluntarily. The following are the only ways we obtain personally-identifiable information:
- When you submit it to us through one of our interactive forms.
- When you submit it to us via an e-mail or telephone enquiry.
- When you use the “Contact a TiasNimbas Ambassador” function.
In some cases, we may collect information about you that is not personally identifiable. Examples include information from anonymous surveys, the type of internet browser you are using, the type of computer operating system you are using, and the domain name of the website from which you linked to our site or advertisement.
Use of the Information
We highly value the information that our site visitors, subscribers and applicants send to us. It gives us a better understanding of what they want from TiasNimbas. This enables us to improve our website, our programmes, and our newsletters. When you do provide us with personally identifiable information, we will only use that information to improve the services we provide, to track and analyse user logs internally, to contact you (where you have specifically given permission) regarding TiasNimbas matters which we think may interest you or, in the cases where you have applied to a TiasNimbas programme that is offered together with one of our partner schools, the information in your application will be shared with the joint admissions board composed of members from both TiasNimbas and the partner school.

TiasNimbas operates within full compliance of international spam laws. In addition, to prevent unauthorised access, TiasNimbas uses strict security procedures in storing and disclosing of any personal information you have given to us.
