Supply Chain Dynamics: Van Controle naar Orde

Uw onderneming opereert temidden van disruptieve technologieën, volatiele markten, en supply networks die steeds dynamischer en complexer worden. Hoe kunt u daarin succesvol zijn en blijven?

“Netwerkfragmentatie en omgevingsdynamiek zijn simpelweg gegeven. Op ons ‘kort-zichtig’ management hebben we gelukkig wel invloed.”, aldus Prof. Henk Akkermans, al twintig jaar als onderzoeker en consultant werkzaam in de wereld van supply network dynamics.

In dit seminar zal prof. Henk Akkermans zijn visie met u delen op het managen van en in dynamische supply chain netwerken: hoe een netwerkbrede scope of concern, non-lineair denken, en een meer-dan-financiële bedrijfsoriëntatie uw processen en rendementen kunnen verbeteren. Hij zal zijn Travail-Transparancy-Trust Model (met Bogerd en Van Doremalen) voor collaborative supply chain planning introduceren, en wat het clienten als Philips, Atos en ASML heeft opgeleverd.

Henk Akkermans is bijzonder hoogleraar Aerospace Supply Network Dynamics aan de Universiteit van Tilburg. Daarvoor was hij werkzaam als organisatieadviseur bij BSO en McKinsey en als universitair onderzoeker en docent bij de Rijksuniversiteit Utrecht en de TU Eindhoven.

Kosten en inschrijving
